TRAINING MANAGER ASIA-PACIFIC
The job
As the Training Manager Asia-Pacific of Royal Van Beest you are part of the Sales-team responsible for supporting distributors and end users in the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Your primary task is to give trainings (on location and online) on Green Pin® products and be a knowledgeable technical resource for customers when it comes to rigging. You target both distributors and end users to train riggers, distributor sales staff and other trainers – expanding your network and thus identifying additional opportunities (e.g. registration) within those companies while doing so. The Training Manager cooperates with the corporate training department and other departments like marketing, product management for (the development of) training materials and technical knowledge. You will further collect and communicate feedback on products and support the Research & Development department with input for future developments and innovations.
In this role you report to the Area Sales Manager responsible for the region, with a dotted line to the corporate training department.
