Main responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensuring the rigorous execution of the production plan, minimizing deviations and ensuring that delivery commitments are met (On-Time Delivery).
Ensuring the First Time Right principle is consistently applied, minimizing errors, rejects and rework.
Supervising and coordinating the execution of Production Orders, from release through to completion and closure.
Establishing production priorities, sequences and schedules to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production flow.
Leading production follow-up meetings.
Identifying and anticipating deviations that could impact delivery deadlines or planned costs.
Reviewing the closure of Production Orders and monitoring cost deviations.
Working cross-functionally with Planning, Process Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Sales.
Participating in the Quality Committee and contributing to the analysis of rejects and non-conformities.

Logistics
The organizational structure is managed through Team Leaders, with an overall team of more than 30 professionals and production processes operating primarily across two- and three-shift patterns.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with solid experience in production management within industrial environments, accustomed to managing multiple processes and teams, with proven experience leading through middle management.
